Baked Cauliflower Po’Boy

Crispy baked cauliflower bites served in a hoagie roll with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, topped with a spicy buttermilk dressing. A great meatless option for your next meatless Monday menu. These crispy cauliflower morsels have the taste and texture of popcorn shrimp or chicken that you would find in a traditional po’boy, but with a vegetarian twist.
